CUSTOMIZED COACHING

The customized coaching sessions SMART and LIGHT have been developed with a desire to help people who were not able to get through traditional methods or channels (diets, cures, treatments, surgery, massages, and meal replacements.)
We assume that in order to lose weight successfully, EVERYTHING must be easy, practical, and stimulating.


To do this, it took us several years to itemize in a logbook (the very same one you receive during your first session) all the practical tools, and the most simple pieces of advice that will help you on a daily basis during your transformation journey.

 Everything that you need to know to be able to avoid the traps and to get moving.

 Everything to make each day of losing weight a real pleasure.

 Everything to make you reach your goal which is of being in harmony with your image without making this a sacrifice.

 Everything for you on a daily basis and over time.

 The coach is a friend who understands and guides you.


Smart and Light has been designed to be able to help all those who feel the need to resume control over their lives. Sophie, the concept founder, and your coach, was an obese person formerly. She knows the difficulties related to the worries of weight loss. She went through the constraint that you know today, and will share with you her experience by giving you the best tips.
You will feel understood, comforted, supported, guided, and you won’t feel alone anymore in your journey.
Coaching sessions are held once a week in order to take stock of the 8 weeks of the "Learning to lose weight" program of the logbook.

The first session is devoted to getting to know each other, and understand your life circumstances, your worries, but above all your desires and your goals. This first session unfolds the program that will delight you during 8 weeks because you will do everything with pleasure for the first time in your life!!!
Then the weekly visit will guide and stimulate you, because you will have someone to talk to, but you will also have to “produce reports” like a student since the logbook will have to be held on a daily basis.
Your coach is also available by phone during all days of the week for any concerns or the slightest hesitation, or if you just want to talk.
We are also available by mail for recipes, ideas, and questions.
We remind you that this project was born out of a desire to share a success story, and that's what you should trust.
We will achieve your goals and we will enjoy victory together.

How to find us >

The first session lasts approximately 2 hours. During this session, we will have an adjustment (questionnaire) then we will explain the program flow (different steps of the program).  
The weekly follow-up sessions last approximately 45 min.
During the follow-up sessions, we will examine together the program's evolution, the loss of weight, and see whether the previously given instructions were carried out properly and with ease. 
We will analyze together the previous week while focusing on the strengths and reinforcing the less stable moments or situations through the use of motivational exercises.

Thanks to the follow-up, we will learn how to manage our daily diet and mental state.

 Teach you about how your body works, and why you gain weight.

 Tell you why this food program works so well, without growing weary of it. 

 How you organize yourself at home, your purchases and your weekly menus.

 Provide you with subjects to ponder over, encouragement, and sentences for positive meditation.

 Help you understand the mechanisms of our brain.

 Teach you how to stop our harmful behaviour.

 Learn to adopt positive attitudes.

 Understand why and for whom your positive change will be beneficial in your life and your surroundings.

 Learn how to love yourself, to observe yourself, to treat yourself in a better way, to take the time to take care of yourself, even a little each day.

 focus on the drawbacks of this excess of weight in your life, and undertake a true reflection and awareness in relation to this state of affairs.

 Use simple tools for self-motivation, and a series of practical exercises which will relieve this work you’re going to do on yourself.
